Grace Influential, today announced the introduction of the Grace Influential Impact Award. The newly-created annual distinction will be awarded to the Formula 1® team or F1 related organization that demonstrates the highest commitment to positive impact through sustainability, impact, and inclusion, and a philanthropic “Spirit of Grace” during the course of each racing season.
This award is named for and inspired by Princess Grace of Monaco in honor of her commitment to excellence, the global culture of philanthropy she ignited from Monaco, and the enduring example she set, as an iconic global leader, for positive impact. Grace Influential recognizes Formula 1’s commitment to and investment in pioneering technology and innovation toward sustainability, philanthropic initiatives, and positive societal impact. The Grace Influential Impact Award celebrates the Formula 1® team/organization which best embodies these values and strives to make the world a better place.
Grace Influential is an initiative led by the Princess Grace Foundation which oversees Princess Grace’s charitable legacy. The foundation is recognized for its prestigious awards program celebrating excellence and positive change.

A judging panel of independent luminaries with a focus on global social responsibility will be announced in the coming months. The first Grace Influential Impact Award will be presented at a dedicated ceremony during the Monaco Grand Prix 2022.

FIA has announced the first barrels of 100 % sustainable fuel, made from bio waste and developed to stringent F1 specifications, have been delivered this week to Power Unit manufacturers as the governing body commits to becoming carbon neutral from 2021 and net zero by 2030.
The Federation will work with its Members Clubs and championships to support their efforts to become carbon neutral by developing and improving environmental sustainability across its two pillars.
